Don’t Believe the Hype!

I won’t lie. For years I thought that what the media says about black women was true.

We spend our money on hair and clothes.

We squander our money on cards and material things.

After my divorce I started to look at my OWN money and it just didn’t add up. You see, as a Former VP of one of the world’s largest banks the fact that I was living paycheck to paycheck and NOT getting my hair done, or spending useless money on clothes made me start to look deeper for the truth.

The BWEPD Conference August 18th -21st

8pm CST- 11pm CST

And NUMBERS don’t lie.

Once I started to realize that African American Women on average earn slightly more than 60 cents for every DOLLAR that our Caucasian male counterparts earn it started to make sense.

I SHOULD be able to get my hair done and still be able to take care of my family.

An occasional trip to the nail shop should not be enough to derail my household budget.

New clothes every now and then is NOT a sin, after all I work hard.

But the TRUTH is that I could buy SO MUCH MORE!

My way out of the madness was to create my own business and create my own earnings. But there are still so many more women that DON’T know the way out, or know the way and don’t know how to get started.

We are inviting YOU to do something about YOUR MONEY and YOUR legacy!

We will have experts on hand to discuss everything from charging your worth in business to DEMANDING your worth in the workplace.

And even more importantly we are asking you to bring others along for the ride. NOTHING can change until we DEMAND change.

And it will take ALL of us working together to do it.

Please register below for the Virtual Summit so that you don’t miss a thing.

Also we are looking for special ambassadors who would like to host voters registration drives in their city for the 2020 election.

The media has already said that the Black Woman Vote may very well be the deciding factor for 2020. But we can’t WIN if we don’t show up.

Can we count on YOU to be a part of this momentous event to challenge the world to PAY us what we deserve?

Make sure you are sharing and posting on social media for YOUR chance to join the conversation. This year’s hashtag is #stillprotesting

Register like you would if your job shorted you on your paycheck.

Because they are.

Need a link to check if they would like to be part of the 2020 Voter’s Registration planning team in their city.

What topics MOST impact YOU?

Learning how to BUILD a Business

Finding your Passion so you can build a business

Learning how to negotiate your Pay Rate at work

None of these topics interest me, I am ok with my current earnings.
