Disclosures
Behind the Scenes
While Social Media is encouraged, we also want to leverage the element of surprise so during the shoot you may be asked to limit some of your photo and video posts
Additional photos and videos outside of the booked packages while in makeup and wardrobe are not allowed as that interferes with the custom aspect of other individual’s photos.
Additional products and services may NOT be sold during this weekend without express written consent from the event organizer.
Ownership
While you own the final video product, we reserve the right to use your video and photo image in ongoing marketing campaigns with no additional permission needed.
Confidentiality
With your participation in this event you agree not to disclose the layout, information about other client’s businesses, and any other proprietary information that you may be exposed to. This includes staff participation, event location, event pricing or any other details regarding the staging or inner workings of this process.
Non-Compete
With your participation in this program you agree for a period of not less than 3 years to not host any event similar to or for the same purposes as this event including marketing video and photo shoots for any clients, anywhere other than for your own personal use.
Payment Options
50% of Payment MUST be made prior to 14 days before the shoot
Because of the nature of these Video Shoots they are first PAID, first SERVED and availability is extremely limited.
The remainder of the payment must be submitted prior to your campaign launch but NOT to exceed…90 days for final payment
Due to the nature of this project there are Absolutely NO Refunds. No Exchanges. No Transfers.
This includes no refunds in case of extreme weather and other acts of God the event will be rescheduled and you will be provided with at least 30 days notice of the new date.
Because of the nature of this event there are NO outside individuals allowed to visit YOU or to attend the event WITH you at any time.
